Disadvantages:

Квартира очень запущена, уборки давно не было, все грязное, не приятно к чему либо прикосаться. Постель хотя бы была постирана и висела на сушилке, но мы не захотели оставаться там ночевать. За такую квартиру ещё просят залог.
