Advantages:

Квартира чистая, светлая, в новом доме. Бесконтактное заселение. Хозяйка была всегда на связи и сразу отвечала на все вопросы, без проблем заселились поздно вечером в 22:00 Рядом магазины и большой ТЦ. Проблема с парковкой вечером, днем нормально.
