В квартире запрещено курить, проводить мероприятия и вечеринки, шуметь после 21.00. При нахождение посторонних гостей мгновенное выселение без возврата залога. В подъезде ведётся видеонаблюдение.
Выезд до 12 ч, заезд с 14 ч.
Заселение с документами и залогом. Залог обязателен, возвращается после уборки квартиры.
